Plastic-Free Schools

Surfers Against Sewage

Plastic Free Schools is a pupil-led UK education programme designed to guide schools through the process of ditching single-use plastic. Plastic Free Schools teaches pupils sustainable habits that will continue into adulthood. Not only relating to single-use plastics, the programme also helps young people understand the power of their voice in driving change.

With specific versions of the programme designed for nursery, primary and secondary schools, Surfers Against Sewage aims to empower pupils to drive change through a series of easy to understand and impactful objectives and a range of supporting resources.
