Plastic-Free Campuses
Break Free From Plastic
Break Free from Plastic aims to encourage students and young people to take on active leadership roles in curbing the use of single-use plastics and packaging in their schools, laying the foundation for a new generation of changemakers, who understand the root causes of the plastic pollution crisis and seek out lasting solutions.
BFFP engages some of the biggest campuses and schools worldwide to go plastic-free, by signing and committing to the Plastic-Free School Pledge, and moving away from single-use plastics (bottles, cutlery, Styrofoam, straws, bags and cups), while implementing alternative systems such as refilling stations and zero waste systems in their respective campuses.
